Luxor Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our regional leadership team serving facilities in the Cincinnati area, with occasional travel to Northern Kentucky. The role focuses on guiding nursing teams and maintaining high standards of resident care.
The ideal candidate will lead nursing operations, support Directors of Nursing, monitor quality and regulatory compliance, and drive improvements in outcomes, documentation, and care delivery, while coordinating
Formación
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Nursing leadership experience required; regional or multi-facility experience preferred.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience required.
- Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel between facilities in Ohio and Kentucky.
Responsabilidades
- Provide clinical support and guidance to facility nursing teams.
- Support Directors of Nursing and nursing leadership with daily operations.
- Monitor clinical performance, quality measures, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with surveys, audits, and plans of correction.
- Help improve resident outcomes, documentation, and care delivery.
- Support staffing, training, and nursing team development.
- Travel between assigned facilities as needed.
