Senior Lifestyle Corporation seeks an experienced CCRC Area Nurse to provide clinical leadership across multiple communities in the Chicago area. You will oversee regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff development while traveling frequently to on-site facilities.

The role requires an active RN license, 3–5 years in long-term care or clinical management, and proficiency with EHR systems. Strong communication with Health and Wellness Directors is essential for ensuring high-quality

Qualificações

• Active RN license required.
• 3–5 years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or clinical management.
• CPR certification required.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor clinical outcomes, audit medical services, and implement quality improvement plans to enhance resident care and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain resident confidentiality.
• Communicate with Health and Wellness Directors and other staff to coordinate care.
• Develop and update clinical policies and procedures across the region.
• Travel between facilities, often up to 90% of the time, to perform on-site visits and support.
