Job summary

Apploi is seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Resource, licensed as an RN in Montana or compact state, to partner with clinical leaders across our Montana facilities. The role requires at least five years as Director of Nursing in long-term care, with Montana regulatory knowledge and strong staff leadership.

The DON will travel among facilities in Butte and Dillon to coach, mentor, and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Montana RN license or compact state license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• 5 years DON or equivalent in long-term care.
• Multi-site leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site reviews of clinical operations and staff performance.
• Reviews facility clinical activities and collaborates on corrective actions.
• Educates staff on clinical and regulatory issues.
• Mentors facility Directors of Nursing.
• Identifies quality of care issues and initiates actions.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance within the nursing departments.
• Oversees infection prevention and facility plans of correction.
• Travel frequently among MT facilities (Butte, Dillon).
