Job summary

Amerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Regional Director of Nursing to lead nursing operations across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and New Mexico. You will oversee nursing departments, ensure compliance, mentor nurse managers, and partner with clinical and pharmacy leaders.

Travel 30-50% is required to support sites and drive quality improvement. The role requires a BSN, valid RN license, 3–5 years in nursing management, and strong KPI analysis to drive performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; RN license in applicable states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing departments across the region to ensure high-quality patient care.
