Job summary

Sanitas Medical Centers is seeking a Regional Charge Nurse to oversee clinical quality, safety, and compliance across multiple centers in the region. The role includes acting as Safety and Quality Lead, ensuring audits, safety rounds, and performance evaluations are completed promptly.

The RCN will supervise Lead MAs, HUB RNs, and LPNs, drive adherence to policies, and promote continuous quality improvement and patient safety across sites.

Qualifications

• Oversee clinical audits, chart reviews, and quality control measures.
• Lead safety rounds, hand hygiene assessments, and action plans.
• Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations compliance.
• Partner with center leadership to improve patient safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to Lead MAs, HUB RNs, and LPNs across multiple centers.
• Act as clinical liaison between centers and Senior Safety and Quality Nurse Manager.
• Ensure staff accountability for clinical performance, workflow efficiency, and compliance.
• Support center teams in implementing policies, protocols, and best practices.
• Facilitate communication between nursing staff, providers, and administration.
