Job summary

Sanitas of Texas LLC seeks a Regional Charge Nurse to oversee clinical quality, safety, and compliance across several centers. You will lead Lead MAs, HUB RNs, and LPNs, ensuring adherence to standards and regulatory guidelines while acting as the regional Safety and Quality lead.

You will drive audits, staff development, and process improvements, partnering with center leadership to maintain high patient care and operational excellence across locations in the region.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required and BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in a leadership/charge role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical quality metrics, safety protocols, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to Lead MAs, HUB RNs, and LPNs across multiple centers.
• Oversee clinical audits, chart reviews, safety rounds, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Act as lead safety officer and implement action plans following audits.
• Coach and develop staff through training sessions and performance evaluations.
• Monitor workflows, staffing, and resource use to ensure efficiency and coverage.
• Serve as liaison between center staff and regional leadership; communicate policies clearly.
• Drive improvements in patient safety, quality metrics, and operational performance.
