Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) is seeking a Full-Time Regional Senior Nurse to oversee nursing operations across Queens and Long Island offices, including Astoria, Forest Hills, and more. The role entails clinical supervision, staff development, scheduling, and ensuring consistent allergy care across sites.

The position requires an RN degree with BSN preferred, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Must possess RN degree; BSN preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven supervisory abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Train and monitor staff performance.
• Train new hires on ENTA clinical procedures.
• Reinforce EMR/EHR/ICS training.
• Assist Nursing Director with scheduling and staffing.
• Provide direct clinical supervision.
• Oversee daily operation of allergy departments across offices.
• Interview nursing candidates; manage timecards.
• Implement allergy nursing policies and procedures.
• Attend management meetings and liaise with Central Mixing Facility.
• Cover other offices and Saturdays as needed.
• Assist in setting up new offices and physicians in the region.
• Provide monthly and weekly trainee updates.
