Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP in Queens and Long Island is seeking a Full-Time Regional Senior Nurse to oversee nursing support for the Nursing Director, Allergy Physicians and Nurses across multiple offices.

The role leads staff training, EMR/EHR/ICS guidance, scheduling support, clinical supervision, and coordination of allergy services including skin testing and immunotherapy administration. Strong leadership and RN background required.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN degree and current licensure.
• BSN preferred for advanced practice or leadership track.
• Experience supervising nursing staff is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing support across assigned offices.
• Train staff on ENTA clinical procedures and EMR workflows.
• Coordinate scheduling and staff utilization with Nursing Director.
• Provide direct clinical supervision of allergy nurses.
• Administer allergy-related testing and immunotherapy as directed.
• Ensure compliance with allergy nursing policies and safety protocols.
• Attend management meetings and liaise with central facilities.
