Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Nurse Manager, RN to support care across assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care. You will supervise nursing staff, monitor quality, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing and administration to address concerns and coordinate care.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an approved nursing program, currently licensed as an RN, with at least 2 years of nursing and supervisory experience. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Must be currently licensed as an RN in the State.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and non-professional nursing staff.
• Ensure quality of care by rounds to assess effectiveness and satisfaction.
• Manage building function for assigned shift and ensure safety.
• Explain nursing policies and provide staff training guidance.
• Coordinate with DON/administration on observations and issues.
• Provide resident/family care explanations per procedures.
