Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced RN Regional Manager to lead correctional healthcare programs across Wisconsin facilities. You will oversee multiple teams, mentor nursing staff, and partner with facility leadership to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight to multiple correctional healthcare teams across Wisconsin facilities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop nursing and medical staff.
• Partner with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, and facility leadership.
• Support staffing needs, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Provide clinical guidance and help teams navigate challenging situations.
• Monitor compliance with policies, nursing standards, and correctional healthcare requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and help facilities implement solutions.
• Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with clinical coverage when needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring
