American Medical Administrators MGMT Company is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to lead nursing teams across facilities in Michigan. You will serve as the clinical resource for Directors of Nursing, ensure compliance with CMS, state standards, and company policy, and drive continual quality improvement.

The role emphasizes staff training, survey readiness, performance analytics, and the recruitment, retention, and mentoring of regional nursing leaders to align operations with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for Directors of Nursing and nursing teams across assigned facilities.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company standards, including CMS regulations.
• Conduct facility visits to assess clinical performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to align nursing operations with strategic business goals.
• Develop and lead training programs to enhance staff skills and promote continuous quality improvement.
• Assist in survey readiness, attend surveys, and help develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Analyze key performance indicators, clinical metrics, and resident outcomes to drive improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, retention, and mentoring of nursing leaders within the region.
