Qualifications

• 5+ years of Director of Nursing experience in SNF/LTC.
• Regional leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to improve survey outcomes under state/federal regulations in SNF/LTC.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Collaborate with leadership to analyze survey trends and recommend improvements.
• Lead regional nursing initiatives across facilities on Oahu.
• Drive programs to elevate patient care standards and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of Director of Nursing experience in a SNF/LTC setting.
• Prior regional experience preferred
• Success in improving survey results with state and federal regulations in a SNF/LTC setting
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Must have an RN license in any state and the ability to obtain a HI license
