Job summary

American Medical Administrators LTC in Fall River, MA seeks a Regional Nurse Consultant to serve as the primary clinical resource for Directors of Nursing and nursing teams across assigned facilities.

You will monitor compliance with federal/state regulations including CMS, conduct facility visits, lead training, and support recruitment and mentoring of nursing leaders to drive quality outcomes across the region.

• Conduct facility visits to assess clinical performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations to align nursing operations with strategic business goals.
• Develop and lead training programs to enhance staff skills and promote continuous quality improvement.
• Assist in survey readiness, attend surveys, and help develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Analyze key performance indicators, clinical metrics, and resident outcomes to drive improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, retention, and mentoring of nursing leaders within the region.
