Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Sr. Network Pricing Actuary in Pasadena, CA. This individual contributor will research financial risk, align actuarial reporting with financial statements, and build product line evaluations and actuarial models to inform network strategy and negotiations.

You will work with VPs and senior leaders, translate complex actuarial concepts into actionable guidance, and design frameworks for new models that meet business needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics or related field and eight years actuarial experience.
• Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society Certificate or Associate of the Society of Actuaries Certificate.

• Coordinate and present analyses to influence negotiation strategy for major deals.
• Coordinate and perform modeling to support major negotiations.
• Facilitate market network performance forums with insights into performance drivers.
• Develop and communicate actuarial insights to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead collaboration with provider contracting and delivery system teams to shape network strategy.
• Provide guidance and coaching to network pricing analysts.
