Ovation, a family-owned real estate firm, seeks a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of market-rate and affordable multifamily communities in the Las Vegas area. You will drive financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team engagement while aligning with Ovation's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of multifamily, multi-site property management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven experience overseeing property operations, financial performance, budgeting, and team development.
• Strong understanding of multifamily practices, standards, and industry trends.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data and drive strategic actions.
• Proficiency with property management software and financial reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities, ensuring operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Lead delivery of company initiatives across communities and ensure adherence to standards.
• Develop and mentor onsite teams to maximize NOI and asset value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address legal and compliance matters as needed.
• Prepare portfolio updates with key metrics and opportunities for improvement.
