Job summary

Ovation, a private real estate company, seeks a Regional Manager to guide a portfolio of market-rate and affordable multifamily communities in the Las Vegas area. You will drive financial performance, operational excellence, and resident satisfaction while developing strong onsite teams.

You will coordinate budgeting, reporting, and strategic initiatives, partnering with leadership to maximize asset value and ensure consistency with Ovation's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of multifamily, multi-site property management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven experience overseeing property operations, financial performance, budgeting, and team development.
• Strong understanding of multifamily property management practices, operational standards, and industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide portfolio operations and performance oversight for a portfolio of market-rate and affordable multifamily communities.
• Lead and develop high-performing onsite teams, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities and implement corrective action plans.
• Oversee budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting to improve NOI and asset value.
• Maintain resident experience focus by collaborating with Community Managers on leasing, marketing, and retention strategies.
• Interface with senior leadership and legal to address property-related matters and ensure policy adherence.
