Love’s Travel Stops and Country Stores is seeking an Operations Designee in Indiana for a fast-paced, multi-unit leadership role. The program includes immersive training in financial management, team leadership, and strategic execution, with mentoring from senior leaders.

The position requires travel across locations to support operations, oversee daily retail performance, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with Love’s culture and customer service excellence.

Competenze

5+ years Multi-Unit Management experience.
5+ years Merchandising experience.
5+ years of P&L responsibility of Multiple Units.
Must be willing to relocate.
