Lead multi-site teams, develop preventative maintenance programs, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate with facility administrators and clinical staff to align projects with operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance management experience in healthcare settings.
• Multi-site experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Knowledge of medical equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Leadership, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA and healthcare compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across multiple skilled nursing locations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety, health standard compliance and local codes.
• Lead, train and support maintenance teams at each site.
• Conduct inspections and implement timely solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of supplies.
• Collaborate with administrators and clinical staff to prioritize projects.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and compliance.
• Monitor budgets and optimize resources.
