This leadership role requires a strong background in healthcare maintenance, with a preference for candidates who have multi-site experience within skilled nursing or similar healthcare environments. The Regional Maintenance Director will ensure that all facilities maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency, supporting the overall quality of resident care.
