Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Social Work required.
• Master’s Degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program.
• Weekend and holiday coverage required.
• Provide case management coverage to any Novant Health hospital in the Region as needed.
• Two or more years professional social work experience preferred.
• Case Management or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities
