Job summary

Antolin’s Regional MRO Coordinator USA in Shelby Township, Michigan, leads regional purchasing strategy for MRO categories within the Global Procurement Team. You will promote supplier agreements, monitor performance, and drive cost savings while coordinating with plants and suppliers across the region.

The role requires 5–7 years in purchasing, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing or related field preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Purchasing.
• Professional and effective communication and representation skills.
• Ability to sit, stand and move around the office or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to conduct extended computer work and lead discussions with employees.
• Visits to customer facilities and plants may require extended standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Promote, negotiate and manage Frame Agreements with Integrator and main supply Suppliers in the Antolin plants.
• Coordinate performance of suppliers, monitoring and acting to achieve savings objectives.
• Coordinate and follow implementation actions between Antolin plants and suppliers, and with Regional Coordinators and Category Manager.
• Standardize Indirect Purchasing where possible.
• Follow monthly saving reports and input into BI/SAC monthly reports.
