Job summary

Guidepost Montessori is seeking an experienced educational leader to join our team as a Floating School Admin Independent Contractor. This role supports campuses across the region, covering maternity leaves or staffing gaps and partnering with an experienced Head of School.

You'll lead daily operations, mentor staff, engage families, and ensure a high-quality experience for children while building relationships quickly in a busy, distributed school network.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in an early childhood education or school setting.
• Experience coordinating operations across multiple campuses or sites.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to mentor staff and partner with Head of School.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily campus operations in collaboration with Heads of School across the region.
• Guide families through admissions tours and process, building trust and clarity.
• Support enrollment by handling inquiries and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Foster a collaborative staff culture through coaching and daily support.
• Resolve parent concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate community events to strengthen family engagement.
• Manage operational needs like vendor scheduling, supplies, and billing support.
