Xsolla seeks a Regional Product Expert to support Sales, Product, Product Marketing, and Partners across Xsolla’s monetization products. You will enable effective sales execution, support complex deals, and align regional needs with global product strategy for PC and mobile offerings.

The role requires 5+ years in product ownership/management within gaming and strong English and Russian collaboration skills.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Evangelist or similar for 5+ years.
• Experience in the PC and mobile gaming industry (development, publishing or platforms) for 5+ years.
• Understanding of monetization models in the local market including Subscriptions and LiveOps.
• Awareness of D2C cases: Web Shops, external top-ups, in-game campaigns.
• Experience interacting with B2B clients and/or video game publishers.
• Strong English and Russian proficiency required for collaboration with global teams and international stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with regional Sales to ensure product knowledge and value communication in customer interactions.
• Deliver localized enablement sessions, playbooks, and deal-support resources aligned with global strategy.
• Support go-to-market readiness for new product launches and updates with local alignment to global narratives.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering on partner requests or blockers.
• Monitor product adoption, deal velocity, and partner engagement in the region.
• Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and related systems for pipeline visibility.
• Share insights on regional trends and opportunities with Product Growth Support leadership.
• Contribute to business reviews with structured data and qualitative feedback.
