Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a Product Owner for the Xsolla Partner Network. Based in the US and open to global remote candidates, you will turn customer conversations into shipped features for publishers and creators, collaborating with design and engineering to define and deliver the product roadmap.

You will partner with the Product Director, manage the backlog in Jira, define metrics, and keep cross-functional teams informed about progress and outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or product ownership.
• You enjoy talking with customers and turning conversations into actionable insights.
• You write product requirements that are easy to follow.
• You work with engineers day to day and manage backlog in Jira.
• You keep stakeholders informed and help cross-team collaboration.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, globally distributed team.
• Knowledge of video game marketing, UA, creator campaigns preferred.
• Familiarity with creator platforms like YouTube, Twitch, TikTok or Kick.

Responsibilities

• Research and discovery with publishers and creators to shape the roadmap.
• Coordinate the roadmap with the Product Director and balance needs.
• Write product requirements with clear scope for design and engineering.
• Manage delivery in Jira from kickoff to release.
• Define success metrics and track performance to guide future work.
• Communicate status and insights across product, BD, CS, and marketing.
