Job summary

Signal of New England is seeking a Mobile Patrol Supervisor to oversee field security operations across the regional territories. You will drive a patrol vehicle, monitor client sites, respond to alarms, and supervise on-site guards.

A flexible schedule with overnight, evening, and weekend shifts is required. The ideal candidate has five+ years of driving experience, a clean record, MA regional knowledge, and proven security leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of licensed driving experience.
• Clean driving record required for insurance and operations.
• Flexibility to work a fluid schedule averaging 40–50 hours per week including overnights, evenings, weekends.
• Regional knowledge of Massachusetts, including North Shore, Boston, and MetroWest.
• Minimum 2 years in security; mobile patrol or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Regional Mobile Patrols: Patrol contracted properties across North Shore, Greater Boston, Natick/Framingham area.
• Alarm Response: Quickly respond to alarms and coordinate with local authorities.
• Staff Supervision: Inspect on-duty guards and ensure compliance with post orders.
• Incident Reporting: Document patrol activities and issues using logging software.
• Emergency Coverage: Step in to cover posts if a guard is unavailable.
