Job summary

Young Life Northeast Texas Region is seeking an Associate Regional Director to join our mission-driven staff in the Dallas area. This role supervises six to twelve growing areas and oversees leadership development, recruitment, and regional training to sustain vibrant ministry across schools and communities.

Qualifications

• Completion of Core Training — Phase One.
• Must be able to supervise at a distance.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise six to twelve growing, diverse areas and/or area startups.
• Coach staff toward growing and thriving ministries.
• Strategic leadership as a member of the Regional Leadership Team.
• Based in Dallas, Collin County, or Rockwall County and work with area staff and volunteers.
