Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes seeks a Representative to work with Directors to fulfill FCA Vision and Mission in the Sports Environments. You will implement the ministry plan, model biblical standards, and ensure adherence to FCA policies while growing the team and ministry footprint in the assigned area.

Responsibilities include spiritual leadership, staff and volunteer development, donor engagement, and collaboration with the International Region.

Qualifications

• Spiritual leadership and ministry planning experience.
• Ability to train and empower volunteers and staff.
• Strong commitment to biblical standards and FCA policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement ministry plan for assigned area with Directors.
• Lead spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
• Engage coaches and athletes through 1-on-1s, huddles, and events.
• Recruit, train, and develop volunteers to lead others to Christ and church.
