Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Virginia seeks a Representative to assist Directors in fulfilling the FCA Vision and Mission, while living FCA values. You will execute the ministry plan for the assigned area and ensure discipleship thrives among staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.

The role emphasizes spiritual leadership, church involvement, and adherence to FCA policies as you recruit and empower volunteers to become disciples who mentor others in the Sports Environments.

Responsibilities

• Follow FCA policies and biblical standards in all ministry activities.
• Lead staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study and servant leadership.
• Recruit, train and empower volunteers to lead coaches and athletes to grow spiritually.
• Engage donors to fund the ministry and manage the budget for the area.
• Partner with Directors to implement the ministry plan for the assigned area and region.
