Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to lead safety programs, training, inspections, and MSHA reporting while supporting plant operations and a culture of safety.

The role requires 3+ years of safety experience in the mining industry and strong MSHA/OSHA knowledge. You will coordinate safety initiatives, conduct investigations, manage PPE, and interact with regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of safety experience in mining.
• MSHA, OSHA, ANSI, NFPA knowledge.
• Excellent communication and relation-building skills.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead ARC100 safety initiative and ASBs.
• Provide safety support to all employees.
• Train new/experienced miners in safety procedures.
• Coordinate PPE purchases and maintenance.
• Interface with MSHA, OSHA and regulators.
• Lead safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare MSHA 7000-2 and OSHA 300 reports.
• Maintain safety records and programs.
