Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by stocking and displaying products across stores. You will travel within a region, work with store teams, and use your smartphone to access assignments and communicate with the team.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. English proficiency and the ability to work independently are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Own a smartphone with data plan.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
