Job summary

StaffMED Health Partners, LLC is seeking a Regional Medical Director of Utilization Management to shape care across Florida's ninety-four clinics. You will author referral policies, tiering of specialists and hospitals, and prior authorization criteria, owning them from day one.

You will report to the Chief Medical Officer in a true dyad with operations, driving AI-assisted review processes and setting baseline metrics to reduce avoidable ER visits, readmissions, and length of stay while scaling

Responsibilities

• You will author referral policies, determine specialist and hospital tiering, design the skilled nursing network, and establish prior authorization criteria, owning these decisions and carrying them into the markets.
• You will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and work in a dyad with an operational partner to align clinical operations with strategic priorities across the statewide clinic network.
