Carbon Health is seeking an Area Medical Director to oversee clinical excellence and operations for 10–15 clinics. You will practice medicine ~10 hours per week while leading a team of Center Medical Directors and partnering with operations leadership to drive patient outcomes and financial performance.

You will scale a multi-state hybrid care model, build clinician leadership, and align care delivery with national clinical playbooks.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted license as a Physician (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant; BLS/ACLS required by start date; DOT certification required.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or similar setting.
• 2+ years of demonstrated leadership as a medical director or equivalent.
• Exposure to the business side of medicine — schedules, staffing, metrics, or budgets.
• Strong communication, active listening, and ability to manage ambiguity.
