Job summary

VIPcare is seeking a Regional Medical Assistant Float to provide clinical and administrative support across clinics. You will prepare patients, assist with exams, record vitals, and manage front-desk tasks while traveling within the region to support physicians and patient care.

Requires Medical Assistant training and 1+ year of MA experience, CPR/IV certifications preferred, and proficiency with EMR and office software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Accredited Medical Assistant program preferred (RMA or CMA).
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for provider examination and record vital signs in EMR.
• Assist providers with exams, treatments, and procedures as directed.
• Maintain complete and detailed electronic medical records.
• Handle front-desk operations including phones, scheduling, and triage.
