BJC HealthCare is seeking a Regional Float Medical‑Surgical RN for a Long‑Term Assignment (LTA). You will float to one hospital at a time across MO and IL, gaining system-wide exposure while building team familiarity and workflow consistency.

You will work three 12‑hour night shifts with a rotating weekend/holiday schedule and have access to BJC RN Career Ladder and development programs. This role emphasizes stability and cross‑training opportunities in Behavioral Health at select locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of acute care Med/Surg RN experience required.
• Current Missouri RN license and ability to obtain Illinois RN license.
• Willingness to travel between BJC facilities in MO & IL.
• ADN, BSN or MSN accepted.

Responsabilités

• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Uses nursing standards to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
• Coordinates with interprofessional team to plan and evaluate care.
