The Regional Mechanical Operations Director supports operating companies (OPCOs) within the mechanical segment by assisting in the coordination, visibility, and improvement of operational performance.
The individual will work closely with the Chief Operations Officer and OPCO leadership teams to strengthen execution discipline, support leadership transitions, and improve operational predictability—without taking control of local operations.

ECS HQ is based out of McLean, Virginia. However, candidates in other locations and meeting the requirements below may be considered.
Compensation Range: $200,000 - $250,000
This position is bonus eligible.
