Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a CS-Resident Assessment Specialist to provide expert guidance on clinical assessment practices, focusing on MDS accuracy, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement optimization across assigned campuses. You will partner with MDS Coordinators and facility staff to evaluate processes, conduct audits, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license required (state of practice).
• 3–5 years of MDS experience required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Advise campus leadership on clinical assessment practices and MDS accuracy.
• Audit MDS processes to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate coding.
• Collaborate with MDS Coordinators, Directors of Health Services, and campus staff to improve reimbursement.
• Provide audits and visit observations, and prepare reports with recommendations.
