Job summary

Trilogy Health Services is seeking a RN with MDS experience to provide expert guidance on clinical assessment practices across campuses in the Louisville area. The role emphasizes MDS accuracy, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement optimization, and includes partnering with MDS Coordinators and facility staff to evaluate processes and implement improvements.

The position requires an RN license and 1–3 years of MDS experience, with opportunities to support adherence to professional standards

• RN license required.
• 3-5 years of MDS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supports assessment function to assist Executive Directors, Directors of Health Services, MDS Coordinators and facility staff.
• Assist MDS Coordinator and staff in adherence to professional, corporate, and regulatory standards.
• Audit the MDS to ensure accuracy for regulatory and reimbursement purposes.
• Oversee transmission process to confirm accuracy and timeliness of all assessments before submission.
• Maintain knowledge of MDS Coordinator position and its relationship to Health Campuses.
