Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Regional Reimbursement Coordinator to lead MDS training, implementation and compliance across multiple facilities, ensuring quality care and fiscal accountability for the region.

Ideal candidate is RN licensed in the state, with an Associate or Bachelor's in Nursing, 5+ years in long‑term or acute care, and 3+ years of regional MDS experience; responsibilities include training Coordinators and ensuring timely assessments and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state of practice.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school.
• Minimum of five (5) years in long-term or acute health care.
• Minimum of three (3) years of regional MDS experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with MDS Coordinators and interpret policies and regulations.
• Train new MDS Coordinators on resident assessments, plans of care, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; monitor quality and safety.
