Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking an experienced MDS Clinical Process Analyst to lead RAI processes for 42 centers across FL, NC, and GA. You will educate staff, implement programs, and ensure regulatory compliance to maximize reimbursement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with 5+ years of licensed nursing experience.
• 3+ years MDS experience in long-term care / rehabilitation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PDPM, RAI guidelines, and related reimbursement rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the RAI process across multiple facilities.
• Educate staff and train on PDPM/RAI programs and policies.
• Develop and implement programs to maximize resources and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as liaison between local centers, regional leadership and Rehabilitation Services leadership.
