Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Clinical Reimbursement Specialist to support RAI, PPS, QM and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines across SHC facilities. You will travel to assigned sites Monday through Friday to train stakeholders and optimize resident assessments.

The role requires current RN licensure, at least five years in long-term care, and recent MDS experience. You will conduct site visits, develop programs, train MDS Coordinators, and lead audits with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with ability to obtain multi-state licensures.
• Minimum of five (5) years related experience as a licensed RN in a long-term care setting.
• MDS Experience in LTC in the past two (2) years.
• Willing to travel eighty to ninety percent (80% - 90%) travel with overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Assist with systems development and implementation of programs related to RAI, PPS, QM, Medicaid Casemix, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
• Design and present RAI, PPS, QM, Medicare education using media, workshops, and training sessions.
• Conduct facility site visits to orient new MDS Coordinators and reinforce RAI/MDS/PPS processes.
