Job Description

Luxor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional MDS Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and process MDS data, resident medical records, and health information systems in accordance with state and federal requirements, as well as the policies and goals of all facilities. The coordinator is a key member of the interdisciplinary team, helping to ensure quality of care, continuity of services, and the development of individualized patient-centered plans and goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple MDS Coordinators with patient assessments to determine health status, level of care, and any changes.
• Provide ongoing education to staff.
• Update the MDS manual as necessary.
• Travel to various facilities as required.

Qualifications

• Current active RN licensure in Missouri.
