We are looking for a driven, spunky, and innovative Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and is passionate about driving marketing success. You will be responsible for developing and executing omnichannel campaigns that engage our target audience and generate demand for our sales teams. Your analytical thinking and focus will guide you in aligning marketing efforts with business objectives, while your adaptability will ensure you stay ahead of market trends. With a proactive approach, you will collaborate closely with sales and cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and ensuring campaigns meet strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in key US markets.
  • Build out a regional annual marketing plan with clear quarterly goals to translate strategic marketing objectives into tactical campaigns and projects targeting different funnel stages.
  • Envision and execute omnichannel campaigns, crafting your own compelling copy while collaborating with channel specialists to ensure alignment and consistency, and bring innovative ideas to the table to propose new ways to engage target audiences.
  • Create comprehensive project proposals, detailed campaign briefs, and post-campaign evaluation reports to guide execution, facilitate ROI analysis, and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to build and execute a focused Account-Based Marketing (ABM) program, tailoring outreach to prospective clients effectively.
  • Foster strong relationships with sales teams, integrate their feedback, and ensure campaigns align with sales processes.
  • Create and optimize audience lists, using database insights and applying effective segmentation techniques to target key personas.
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns for local holidays and maintain the regional event calendar.
  • Attend, support, and measure the success of trade shows, conferences, and smaller events.

What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Regional Marketing Specialist or in a similar role within the B2B marketing industry, with a strong understanding of demand generation and marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation software and CRM tools, with the ability to analyze data and make analytical, informed decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, coupled with a drive to deliver excellence in all projects.
  • A proactive, independent mindset, able to take the initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on high-priority objectives.
  • Curiosity to learn about new markets and a problem-solving persistence to tackle challenges and refine strategies.
