About The Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Part-Time Marketing Specialist to support our rapidly growing marketing team. You will work closely with our production team to execute content and digital strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This is a remote position reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. We also welcome applications from freelancers with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics and content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns including newsletters, autoresponders, and drip sequences
• Produce blog graphics and assist with visual assets
• Edit video content for marketing use
• Translate high-level ideas into actionable marketing deliverables
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the production team
  
  

Bonus Skills

• PowerPoint design experience
• Web design skills using Elementor, WordPress, or Shopify
  
  

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience producing marketing deliverables
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social media, digital ads)
• Experience working with small businesses
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.)
• Must have access to a personal computer with an active Adobe license
