Oral Surgery Partners is seeking a Marketing & Referral Relations Specialist in Greensboro, NC to lead marketing, branding, and referral engagement across three practices. The role partners with operations leaders to drive patient volume through local campaigns, community outreach, and digital engagement.

The position requires 2–5 years in marketing/communications, a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel locally. Strong HIPAA knowledge and proficiency with Canva/Adobe Suite are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 2–5 years of professional marketing/communications experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• HIPAA regulations and patient privacy compliance in marketing communications knowledge is required or must be obtained on hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and referral engagement initiatives across Greensboro-area practices.
• Develop localized marketing strategies aligned with growth goals and brand standards.
• Coordinate CE events, study clubs, and referral engagement activities.
