Randstad USA is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to drive the Coatings marketing strategy regionally, aligning with global objectives and partnering with Sales, technical, supply chain, and global teams. This role identifies regional trends, growth opportunities, and customer needs to execute a focused marketing plan that supports campaigns, events, and tools.
The position requires 5 years of marketing experience, is managed at the regional level, and reports into the international Coatings
The Regional Marketing Manager makes the global SUSONITY and regional marketing strategy relevant, effective, and visible in the market. Working closely with commercial, technical, supply chain, and global segment colleagues, this position identifies regional trends, growth opportunities, customer needs, and application potential to develop and execute a focused Coatings marketing plan. The role supports Sales with compelling stories, campaigns, events, and tools; shares the voice of the customer; contributes to the international Coatings team; and participates in cross-functional Topic Teams to strengthen regional execution and global alignment.
salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year
