Eurest is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead branding and marketing initiatives across the OH/IN/MI region, supporting multiple accounts within the Great Lakes portfolio. The role partners with senior portfolio and culinary leadership to drive growth, customer experiences, and brand stewardship, with opportunities across the division.

The position involves regional travel (50%) and on-site work 3–4 days per week, with base locations including Cincinnati, Columbus, Indianapolis, Grand Rapids, or

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree and 3–4 years of communications, marketing, operations and/or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Travel to various locations within the Midwest Region, or nationally on an as needed basis.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Must be highly proficient with Canva & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Creates marketing strategies to support multiple accounts in the Great Lakes portfolio.
• Oversees marketing content and standards across multiple sites.
• Collaborates with regional culinary leaders to align marketing with dining operations.
• Supports regional openings and brand standards across FOH, marketing and communications.
• Works with corporate sales, marketing and creative services as needed for site tours and refreshes.
