Job summary

You will develop strategies with regional leadership, lead marketing initiatives across content, social media, print collateral, email, events, and promotions to drive growth and retention.

The role requires 7–10 years in marketing, a Bachelor’s in marketing, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent channel marketing experience.
• 7–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in trade industry or HVAC/plumbing/residential building.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and related collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support customer marketing and sales enablement programs for residential Build audiences.
• Work with regions and leadership to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies.
• Lead and implement marketing initiatives: content, social media, print collateral, email, events.
• Develop strategies for existing customer growth and new customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with operations and sales to identify tools and in-store assets.
• Leverage vendor-marketing funds for promotions and customer engagement.
• Measure outcomes against metrics and adjust plans as markets change.
• Travel once a quarter in the assigned regions.
