Opportunity: Regional Marketing Director

As a Regional Marketing Director, you will impact the launch of relacorilant in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. You will engage with ovarian cancer treaters, including key opinion leaders, gather insights, and help shape the commercial strategy before and after FDA approval. Joining Corcept’s new Oncology Business Unit offers the chance to build a presence in gynecologic oncology and contribute to a growing organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and lead a thought leader engagement plan within the gynecologic oncology community
  • Identify opportunities for innovative tactics with marketing colleagues
  • Manage recruitment and engagement of speakers for the bureau and other initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
  • Collaborate to build and manage a Peer-to-Peer platform, including vendor management, speaker training, and content development
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in Peer-to-Peer programs
  • Design and execute an insights plan to inform commercial strategies across key customer segments
  • Contribute to overall brand strategy pre- and post-launch
  • Establish relationships with organizations like SGO, GOG, IGCS at key congresses
  • Align with leadership to ensure consistent communication and execution
  • Partner with commercial teams to meet business objectives
  • Uphold our Key Principles: collaboration, data-driven decisions, leadership through action, ethics, and patient-first focus
Preferred Skills, Qualifications, and Technical Proficiencies:
  • Relationship-building, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • High energy, creativity, and multitasking ability
  • Project management experience; familiarity with Medical, Legal, Regulatory processes preferred
  • Problem-solving skills requiring ingenuity and strategic thinking
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Travel willingness (65%+); located near a major U.S. airport
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
  • Experience with product launches required
  • 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • 2+ years in pharma/biotech marketing
  • Experience managing speaker bureaus and thought leaders
  • Gynecologic oncology experience required
  • Management experience preferred
  • Progression within US oncology commercial roles
  • Home office experience preferred
Compensation and Work Authorization

Expected pay range: $186,200 - $273,800, with variation based on location, experience, and skills.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.
