Job summary

Aircall is seeking a Director of Regional Marketing, Americas to design and execute field marketing across the US, Canada, and LATAM. You will set the regional plan, decide where we show up, and be accountable for pipeline and brand momentum, moving from inbound to AI-enabled growth.

You will own the budget, lead two direct reports, and collaborate with Sales and product marketing to create local activations, executive experiences, and partner programs that drive new business and AI expansion

Qualifications

10+ years in B2B marketing with field/regional/account-based experience in SaaS.
Experience owning regional plans and budgets with ROI focus.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with Sales.
Experience marketing across US, Canada and LATAM; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.
Ability to translate customer stories into pipeline and brand impact.

Responsibilities

Own regional field marketing strategy for the Americas with targets for pipeline and brand.
Design and manage events, regional activations, and partner-led programs.
Lead customer-story programs to support Sales and partnerships.
Advance Aircall’s AI voice product with localized messaging and proof points.
Collaborate with GTM teams and manage a multi-market budget end-to-end.
Measure ROI and present results to executives with clear narratives.
