Job summary

Mungo Homes is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the Mid-Atlantic region from the Raleigh, NC office. The role focuses on coordinating signage, events, digital updates, and promotional materials while collaborating with regional teams and travel to markets as needed.

The position requires strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1–2 years of admin work, and familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of related administrative experience.
• Building industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with signage vendors for timely production and installation of signage.
• Support Sales leaders with off-site signs and directionals.
• Maintain market home inventory on the website and assist with updates.
• Coordinate professional photography of communities, homes, and amenities.
• Plan, attend, and support community events and advisor-led activities.
• Audit brand presence across signage, sales centers, and websites for consistency.
• Liaise between sales management and shared services for email campaigns.
• Organize and manage inventory of branded promotional items.
• Create promotional flyers and collateral for New Home Advisors.
• Introduce Marketing Guidebook to New Home Advisors.
• Attend meetings and market launches in each market.
• Prepare Parade of Homes entries and assist with regional duties.
• Assist Marketing Manager with meetings and content creation.
• Travel regularly to all applicable markets.
